Made an appointment and they were very prompt and service was fast and accurate. Key and service was done in less than 20 minutes great job guys.

I was running out of options because everybody wanted to charge a lot of money to have my key made, and a whole lot extra to come out to my car and make my key. Another locksmith who claim to be the best price in town couldn't even make a key out of my bent and cracked key. David from Lockmasters came out and not only was able to make my key, he charged a very reasonable price to come to my car and make the key for me on the spot. I didn't have to wait long at all for him to make my key. I know without a doubt they are the best price in town. Believe me, I must have called EVERYBODY.

The man is very straight to the point. I'm not an expert on Locksmithing or Locksmithing prices but I paid $390 to get a replacement key for my 03 Mercedes. Mercedes dealership was going to charge me $325 but with a 2-3 wait because the key was going to come from Texas but I'm pretty sure I would've have to tow it to the dealer and wait. so $390 on the spot or wait 2-3 days and possibly waste more money. People make a lot of money on others desperation and suffering. But oh well that's life.

I needed a key for a 2013 Prius. The dealer quoted $350 for the key fob and programing. Other locksmiths were about $250, in part because they needed a new key fob to start with. Lock Masters said they could reprogram a key fob from an older Prius I had, and they did it for $160. Still a lot to pay for programing, but I saved $90 and am happy. I would definitely use them again.

Daniel has saved me and my customers hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs and tons of time and headaches. I love LOCK MASTERS!!! Just one quick example: i was trying to change ignition lock cylinder on 1996 Chevy Pickup. Normally quick and easy but old lock would not turn to RUN position which is where it needs to be to release lock cylinder. I spent over an hour and gave up called Daniel and he came out on a Sunday and changed it out in an embarrassing FIVE minutes!! Erics Mobile will always call LOCK MASTERS first!! Saved me from missing my flight after I locked myself out of the car with luggage still in the trunk. They were at my location in under 10 mins and I was on my way just after a few mins. Worth every dollar, I paid cash, but they took cards as well.

We had an ignition key problem with our Granddaughter's car at a remote location i Fresno. I called Lock Masters and spoke with the rep Yolanda. I explained that I had to travel from Pleasanton to Fresno to meet her at the re- mote location. Yolanda was very understanding. When I arrived at the vehicle, I phoned her and the locksmith arrived on scene in less than 10 minutes. The work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. I have only good things to say about this company.
